Tithe Farm Care Home

Full Moons and some of our staff visited the residence of Tithe Farm Care Home.

The Full Moons gifted them handmade Valentines Day cards, biscuits, chocolates and a delicious cake baked by our fantastic Chef David.

They spent some time talking, playing and even singing with the residence.
This was a fun morning for all full of smiles and love!
